FAQIHA: Journal of Sharia Studies is a scientific journal that focuses on Islamic law (sharia) studies in various disciplinary issues, such as Islamic law studies in philosophy, social, economic, cultural, political, civil, criminal, psychological, philanthropic, astronomical, scientific, medical, fatwa, legislative, and other issues. This journal accepts and publishes scientific articles on Islamic law, whether in the form of normative, philosophical or empirical studies of Islamic law, from academics, researchers and practitioners for publication after undergoing a predetermined selection process.

FAQIHA Journal was first published in 2026 by AIS Litera Media, Indonesia. It is published 4 (four) times a year, in March, June, September, and December, and is openly accessible. It employs a double-blind peer review method in reviewing each article published.
